About Get with the Program

Get with the Program is a social enterprise which develops exciting interactive theatre events which help children learn about the amazing potential of technology. Payment terms for Subscription Service, Sponsorship and Product Delivery

Payment Terms for Subscription Service:

Your Get with the Program subscription service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew each year from this date until you cancel. You will receive an email in advance of the renewal date to inform you of this, and the amount to be charged.

By agreeing to these term and conditions, you authorise us to store your payment details and to automatically charge your school, or other setting, every year. We will notify you of any subscription rate change on renewal with an option to cancel.

Payment Terms for Sponsorship (eg standalone Coding Adventures etc funded by a non-school 3rd party):

The school's access to their Get with the Program products will begin shortly after the sponsor's payment is processed. Content for preparation purposes will be accessible from this point until they run the Main Film/Show – starting the Main Film (or when the live event starts) starts a countdown timer. Typically, seven days after the timer is triggered, all the product content will be removed from the account. This allows time for the school staff to prepare for the event, watch the Coding Adventure Main Film/Show with the children (if you have a remote package) and then complete the activities.

Payment Terms for Products (eg standalone Coding Adventures etc funded by the school receiving the product):

Your access to your Get with the Program products will begin shortly after your payment is processed. Content for preparation purposes will be accessible from this point until you run the Main Film/Show – starting the Main Film (or when the live event starts) starts a countdown timer. Typically, seven days after the timer is triggered, all the product content will be removed from your account. This allows you time to prepare for the event, watch the Coding Adventure Main Film/Show with the children (if you have a remote package) and then complete the activities.

Social media and marketing

The school, or other setting, agrees that Get with the Program and our corporate partners/sponsors may quote any feedback received, for use in any social media and marketing materials, whether online or in print, and may use the name of the school, or other setting, alongside any such quotes.

Privacy/mailing list

By subscribing to this service or purchasing one of our products, you confirm that you agree for us to retain your details and that you're happy to be added to our mailing list so we can keep you up to date about Get with the Program, as per our privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by emailing getintouch@getwiththeprogram.org.uk.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription or product purchase at any time by contacting getintouch@getwiththeprogram.org.uk or through the cancellation steps in your online account. You may cancel within 14 days of your initial order for a full refund, provided you have not run one of the products to an audience. If you run the product to an audience within this time you waive your right to the cooling off period. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that year’s billing period.

We reserve the right to withdraw a product or service at any time, including any components within the product (e.g. an activity) for any reason. We shall notify the school, or other setting, of such withdrawal as soon as reasonably practical.

Unforeseen circumstances

Neither party shall be in breach of the service or product delivery nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under the service, if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for 6 months, the affected party may terminate the Get with the Program’s subscription service or product delivery by giving 28 days’ written notice.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered, and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world, belong to Get with the Program Ltd. All such rights are reserved and no materials may otherwise be copied, modified, published, broadcast or otherwise distributed without Get with the Program Ltd’s prior written permission.

You must not:

systematically make printed or electronic copies of content and/or materials within the product for any purpose other than that intended;
remove or alter the copyright notices or other means of identification or disclaimers as they appear in the product;
display or distribute any part of the product on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web, where access is possible by anyone not an authorised user;
permit anyone other than the authorised users to access or use the product including any content and material making up the product; and/or
use the product or any part of the product for any commercial use other than as teaching and learning resources within the school, or other setting.
